  • This is the official website of Kav Lachayim organization (Registered Amuta Number 580175677), which is also used to collect donations.

 

  • Any use of the site, including donating, constitutes an agreement to act according to the Terms of Use. Please read it carefully.

 

  • Through the website, Kav Lachayim allows donating for the organization's goals and needs, through an easy, convenient and fast way.

 

  • Only persons above 18 are allowed to donate through the website.

 

  • Whereas the organization makes use of the donations for their intended purposes, upon their receipt by the organization, a donation given to the organization may not be cancelled.

 

  • The site is secured by CREDIT GUARD to meet the PCI standards.

 

  • If the payment is not approved by the credit card company, the donator will receive an appropriate notice. In such case, in order to complete the transaction, the donator should contact the organization at 03-9250505.

 

  • The organization shall not be liable for illegal activity which may be carried out by users or by any other party who is not under the organization's full control.

 

  • Limitation of Liability:

 

The content and information provided on this website are intended to inform the user about the activities carried out by Kav Lachayim, as well as the nature and scope of the services that Kav Lachayim provides to the public.

 

Kav Lachayim and its representatives shall bear no liability of any type, whatsoever, for any direct and/or indirect and/or consequential damage, of any kind, as a result of using this site. The external links at this website are intended to facilitate the user – hence Kav Lachayim and its representatives shall and will bear no liability for any direct and/or indirect and/or consequential damage, as a result of being redirected to by these links to other websites, as aforesaid, or as a result of reliance on the information provided in or offered by them.

  

  • Commitment to Privacy:

 

The site's operator will be entitled to use the user’s personal information for internal purposes only.

 

The site's operator undertakes to delete the user's personal information in Kav Lachayim's website and to avoid and use of it for any purpose of Kav Lachayim, as aforesaid, if required to do so by the user, explicitly and in writing.
